External IQ Modulation Capability

Designed for advanced communications testing, the SSG3032X-IQE Plus features dedicated baseband inputs to support external IQ modulation. When combined with an external baseband source like the Siglent SDG6000X series, it can generate complex digital communication signals with exceptional Error Vector Magnitude (EVM) performance for evaluating receiver limits and digital RF links up to 3.2 GHz.

Excellent Phase Noise and Pure Signal Output

Delivering an ultra-low typical phase noise of -117 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz (20 kHz offset) and harmonic suppression below -30 dBc, the generator supplies exceptionally clean CW carriers for receiver sensitivity and selectivity testing. For maximum stability and accuracy over time and temperature variations, the generator can be upgraded with a high-stability OCXO clock reference.

Broad Output Level and Power Meter Control

The RF output level is fully adjustable from -110 dBm to +13 dBm, with a maximum output capability reaching up to +20 dBm (typical). The instrument also features full support for USB power meter control, allowing you to connect a compatible power sensor directly to the generator for accurate measurement, automatic level control, and easy two-tone testing configurations.

Intuitive Touchscreen and Flexible Connectivity

A bright 5-inch capacitive touchscreen provides an immediate visual overview of the entire signal path and all modulation parameters at a glance.
